3rd monthly ACLS workshop held attended in Atieh Hospital from
14. Oct to 16.Oct.2008. The aims of performing this workshop was improving skill in management of pulseless arrested patients according to new ACLS algorithm and also review of approaching to bradycardia and tachycardia crisis by code team.
In this workshop, some physicians, head nurses and nurses from Day General Hospital and Atieh Hospital attended.
In the end of these 3 days workshop, a written exam and 3 skill stations was performed for students.
At last, certification granted to the successful students.
The instructors were Dr.M.Sabahi (ACLS Instructor, University of Toronto), Dr.Farsiani (Anesthesiologist), Mrs.Falsafi (Educated Supervisor) and Mrs.Iranbakhsh (Incharge Nurse of ED).
